Student groups can apply for Q-Jump for our standard student nights by emailing Sugar at sugarhouse@lancaster.ac.uk

All guests must still pay to enter and normal entry requirements apply.

If you are a Lancaster University or University of Cumbria student please bring valid ID and your student ID to verify your student status, as well as valid age identification (such as a driver’s license or passport).

If you want to bring a non-student guest to the Sugarhouse, simply fill out this Guest Sign-in form.

Yes! The Sugarhouse has a cloak room where you can store your belongings for the evening for a small fee. We only have a limited number of spaces, so be sure to get in early to guarantee a cloakroom spot! (£2 per item.)

The Sugarhouse is a cashless venue.

For entry tickets, our preferred method of payment is buying your tickets in advance in order to reduce queue times - you can do this online via Sugarhouse Fixr.

🚍 IMPORTANT INFO FOR THE SUGAR BUS 🚍

You must have a Sugarhouse stamp from our venue to board the bus.

You must arrive at least 5 minutes before departure to guarantee your spot.

No hot food is allowed on board.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding at our discretion.

You can catch a free bus from campus to Sugarhouse and it's only £1.50 to get the bus back at the end of the night!
